I’m a Chilean chef with 25+ years of experience, a recipe developer, mum, wife, and cooking content creator.
Along the way, I’ve cooked in Scotland, Belgium, and Canada, including an apprenticeship at Toronto’s George Restaurant, before settling in Amsterdam.
As an immigrant, adapting has been an adventure (yes, I even deliver gift boxes on a Dutch cargo bike, something unimaginable back home in Chile!).
